Mt. Mawenzi Picture

Mt. Mawenzi is right next to Kilimanjaro. If you are hiking the Marangu Route, you will pass Mawenzi on your climb up Kilimanjaro. It doesn’t look that dramatic from Moshi, or lower on the mountain, but when you are at Barafu Camp, it’s very large and dramatic.
